2018/08-2018/11 Creation of Trade lane Dashboard:
Created a comprehensive Dashboard for (Transit Pacific East Bound) Trade lane in order to monitor billing activities, which could prevent the loss of GP. It helps operation team to save decent amount of GP.
2018/05-2018/07 Tool for Billing Process:
Operation team used to create Invoices in Cargo Point one by one which was time consuming and tedious. After standardization and automation of the process for creating Invoices, an automation tool was created .
2018/03-2018/04 Tool for Vendor Upload:
Operation team used to upload Vendor information one by one which was time consuming and tedious. After standardization and automation of the process for uploading Vendor info, an automation tool was created.
