Project Experience 1: JPMorgan Chase - International Trade Collection System Business Process Re-engineering
Led the end-to-end process re-engineering and technological modernization of a core international trade collection system. Initiated the project by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the existing transaction processing system (TPS), identifying critical bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement from both a technology and business analysis perspective.
Redesigned the core transaction workflow, focusing on automation, error reduction, and processing speed. This involved mapping and optimizing the end-to-end business process, which significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced manual intervention for the global trade finance team.
My role was pivotal in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business requirements into a streamlined, robust, and scalable technical solution.
Project Experience 2: UBS - Trading Order Entrance System (TOES) for Security, Payment & FX/FM
Spearheaded the development, management, and successful delivery of the first phase of the multi-regional Trading Order Entrance System (TOES) for UBS, supporting critical business units including Security, Payment, and Foreign Exchange & Money Markets (FX/FM).
Formulated and executed the master project blueprint, encompassing the detailed development plan, a comprehensive testing strategy (covering Unit, System Integration, User Acceptance, Functional, and Performance Testing), and the human resource allocation plan.
Exercised strict milestone control throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the on-time and high-quality pre-launch and launch of the system across key international branches, primarily in Germany, France, Japan, and Monaco. This project demonstrated my strong capability in managing complex, large-scale, and globally distributed financial system implementations.
