Serve as the intermediate bridge connection between programmers and artists. Work
with teams of artists and programmers to develop a high-efficiency pipeline for
building great looking content. Train artists and programmers to be familiar with Unreal
Engine and other software and tools. Responsible to implement the specific
production rules and regulations for arts pipeline. Work with tech art and content
creators to improve shader development and iteration. Identify pipeline bottlenecks
and opportunities for automation. Develop plenty of tools and 3D Plugins for arts
production. Help programmers to implement many game logic element with coding
and develop lots of tools in common usage. Technical support for production of arts
and programming to achieve goals. Responsible layout plans to improve effects of
arts' assets,
